Items
All items on site are instocks and one-off piece. They are all brand new, not worn or washed before. They also come in tags and labels where available. All measurements are provided as accurately as possible and all clothes are free size unless otherwise stated.
No supplying of items. Any messages regarding supplying of items would be ignored.
No swapping of items too. Any messages regarding swapping of items would be ignored and person requesting would be blacklisted.
Prices
Normal postage is free-of-charge. However, do add $2.24 if you are opting for postage. Shopping cart excludes the price for registered postage.

Meet Up
Meet up is done at the seller's convenience, which can either be at Chinese Garden or Orchard (Sunday). The seller gets to state the timing and the buyer has to ensure that he/she complies with the seller's timings. Buyers opting for postage would be given priority over buyers opting for meetups.
Mailing Out of Item
Items would be mailed out one working day upon which payment is made. All delivery would be done by Singpost and we are not liable for the speed of the delivery. Normal mail normally takes 1~3 working days while registered mail may take up to 5 working days.

Colours and Measurements
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors and measurements of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Measurements may vary for up to 2cm.

Your Particulars
The buyer must make sure that all particulars provided are accurate. We will not take responsibility for any returned mail which is due to the fault of the buyer. All particulars will be kept confidential.
Reservation
Reservation is not available as all items are on a first-pay-first-serve basis. In the event when two buyers have made the payment for the same item, the buyer who has made an earlier payment will have the item. The other buyer who has also made the payment will be given the due refund.
Request of True Photos
Do not request for true photos if the item colour is either black or white. Do not request for photos of us wearing the items too. All items would not be removed from the packaging unless absolutely necessary. This is to ensure that you will receive the brand new item intact. Do not request for measurements if you are not keen on buying.
Request of Item Photos
Do not request for photos in any way. Please save all photos if you think you would need them after transaction. Firstly, we would delete all posts after the transaction. Secondly, we have thousands of photos and would not search one by one for you. All requests will be ignored.
Backing out
Backing out upon confirmation through the shopping cart will lead to the buyer being blacklisted. Blacklisting would be done at the seller's discretion. Customers who back out would be deprived of all privileges in future transactions.
Exchange Policy
All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless we have sent the wrong items. We will reimburse the postage under that situation.
